The photos matter, yes but so does the person you’re spending the day with. My intention isn’t to turn your wedding into a photoshoot. It’s to help you feel comfortable, keep the day flowing, and photograph what’s actually happening with an editorial eye and a very human approach.
This is not the part where you suddenly need to “know what to do.” I’ll guide you lightly, give you prompts that feel natural, and keep it short enough that it still feels like your wedding day not an activity you have to get through. Think of it as a pause. A breather. A little pocket of time where you get to be together and I take care of the rest.
I’m there in the morning when you’re still in your robe and the house is half chaos, half silence. I’m there when someone can’t find the rings, when your dad suddenly goes quiet, when your friends are laughing too loudly in the kitchen, when you need five minutes to breathe. I’m close but I’m not in the way. That balance matters.
I pay attention to composition and light (I can’t help it), but what I’m really watching is people: how they move, how they connect, how the atmosphere changes from hour to hour.
I work best with couples who want something elevated without feeling staged. Who care about their guests as much as their tablescape. Who want to look back and recognise themselves not a performance of themselves.
You want editorial images that still feel like real life.
You value emotion, atmosphere, and the people you love (they matter in the story).
You want to feel comfortable and guided when needed, never over-directed.
You want a calm, professional experience and a gallery that brings you right back.
